The journey to your recovery will follow a long and arduous path. It is recommended that you seek the help of qualified professionals to guide you along the way. The foundation has compiled a list of resources for each state as well as international sites where survivors and their families can find the help they so desperately need. To speak with a counselor right away you can call the national sexual assault hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673). You can also find general referral information by dialing 211 on your phone or accessing www.211.org through the internet. (not available in DE, PA,and WY)
