QUIET DESPERATION!
There are people
who live in quiet
Desperation.
…
Acting like it is normal.
Afraid to face the truth,
Drinking it away…
Pilling it away..
Pretending it away…
Denying it away…
But it is still there,
Like a silent storm
Ready to erupt….
UNTIL they let the TRUTH free they
WILL LIVE QUIET AND
DESPERATE…DESPITE
The Pain,
The Fear,
AND MOSTLY the SADNESS!
DEAR GOD I PRAY! HELP THEM!
And as I watch them I whisper
Silent prayers of Mercy
From you dear LORD.

Dreams Deferred
Dreams deferred for 22 years,
because of the hurt that was done.
Faced anger and fear and unbelievable strife.
Faced such horribleness like a cutting knife. But guess what?
I came through like a butterfly coming out of a cocoon…
And I am helping to make a better world,
to STOP other children from facing the pain I did from sexual abuse.
And for others that faced the pain
I am here to share my healing story
to help bring your heart and soul into a place of glory.
Never going to stop until the day I die
to help others from facing what I did!
I am stronger, wiser a true survivor.
Now my dreams are no longer deferred
I am making a difference in this world!
God, I need you to help make my dreams come TRUE!
